Church Street Studios is being intentionally designed to fill a need in the Waynesville community for artists and small businesses, we’re excited to see it take on a life of its own as we curate a creative community inside its walls.

Our Leasing Process
Here’s a step-by-step outline for the leasing process:
- Fill Out the Tenant Interest Form Below
Complete our Tenant Interest Form to help us understand your needs and business requirements.
- Initial Review
We’ll review your submission to determine if your business aligns with our available spaces and community.
- Schedule a Tour
If your application is a good fit, we’ll reach out to schedule a tour of the property.
- Notification for Declined Applications
If we aren’t able to accommodate your needs at this time, we’ll notify you.
- Property Tour
Attend the scheduled tour to explore the space and ask any questions you may have.
- Submit Lease Application
After the tour, if you’re interested in proceeding, you’ll submit a formal lease application with any necessary documentation.
- Lease Review and Approval
We’ll review your lease application, perform background and credit checks, and verify all documentation.
- Lease Agreement Signing
Once approved, we’ll prepare the lease agreement for your review and signature.
- Move-In Coordination
After signing the lease, we’ll coordinate the move-in process.
